Dairy Foods & Rice is Nice Contest

The Sevier County Extension Office will be holding the annual Dairy Foods Contest and the Rice is Nice Contest which are sponsored by Arkansas Farm Bureau. Two categories are available to enter in both contest-main dish and party dish. Youth will present their previously prepared dish, along with the recipe. They will be judged on presentation, taste, and difficulty.

Students enrolled in the 4th through 12th grades as of Jan. 01, 2023, may enter. Each contestant must agree to participate in the state cook-off if his or her recipe is selected for the semifinals. For more information, please call the Extension office at 870-584-3013, or go to www.arfb.com.
