De Queen Mayor Jeff Brown tells Ed 88 that as of Monday morning, 05/04/20, both Herman Dierks Park and the De Queen Sportsplex are now open. The community building at Herman Dierks Park and restrooms at both facilities will remain closed, and park visitors are encouraged to practice CDC COVID-19 social distancing recommendations.
